  1. Did I meet my goal for each week? Month?
    1. If yes, what did you do to keep you on track? (i.e. what worked vs. what didn’t)
    2. If no, what prevented you from succeeding?
  2. Do I need to make any changes to my goals? Please note your changes
  3. Are my goals too difficult or unrealistic?
  4. What changes, if any, will I make for the next month?

Cumulative Paper

In a 1-page, single-spaced, 12 font paper, and students will write about the goal-setting process using the following questions to start:

1.       Did you successfully accomplish your goal?  Why or why not?

2.     What did you feel were the positives and negatives to this process?

3.     What obstacle(s) did you encounter throughout the year?

4.     Did this process benefit you in other aspects of your life?

5.     How do they plan on using this experience in the future?
