Creston Parents,
The holidays are fast approaching and the
musicians here at Creston
School are getting ready
for our holiday shows! The students here
at Creston and Steward get the unique opportunity to play two Christmas
concerts a year. This is a proud
tradition that I hope we can continue for years to come. The communities of both towns appreciate the
extra time the students put in to perform at each other’s Christmas
concerts. To prepare for this combining
of the bands, we schedule four rehearsals in which members of one school
rehearse at the other school. Enclosed is a schedule that shows exactly where
the students will be on each day. Please
sign this letter to allow permission for your child to ride the bus for these
events.
The combined Varsity bands also have an
additional performance at Cherryvale mall. If you are interested in
chaperoning, please call me at the school at 384-3920.
