2nd Grade News… The second graders are off to a great start. We have a new student in our class, Kolbe Tillage, from Cortland. The students have been doing a lot of reading this first quarter. Aubrey and Autumn Headon have both reached the 25-point club and their first quarter goals. Kylee Muraira, Tori Swift, Garrett Miller, and Amanda Headon are all in the 10-point club. There are many students very close to their first quarter goals. In math the students are reviewing telling time and counting money along with their regular lessons. The students have all returned their math homework in for the entire year. Congratulations! The students are studying map skills and basic geography in social studies. In science, the students are studying wild animals along with a unit in their new books.
