Roger Earls is not only our resident Veteran, but he is also the custodian for the school. He has been the custodian here at Creston School for 12 years.

Mr. Earls lives in Paw Paw with his wife, Stephanie.  Mr. Earls has two children named Tanya and James.  Tanya is married to a man named Michael.  Mr. Earls' son James has a daughter named Emma.  Mr. Earls also has a Boxer named Rocky. 

Before working at Creston School, Mr. Earls had a very different life!  He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps while still in high school.  He served our country in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy for 21 years.  Mr. Earls retired from the United States Navy in December of 1992.

As you'll see in the pictures below, there are many sides to Mr. Earls. He loves to tease the kids and play gruff, but his heart is one of gold! He willingly participates in school activities & is always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.

Mr. Earls does everything around Creston School from keeping our school spic-n-span to shoveling snow--to driving and coordinating the buses--to running wires-to taking care of sick kids when Mrs. Collins is gone--to helping the teachers in their classrooms...and much more! He is an invaluable part of our school, and we simply couldn't run Creston School without him!
